By using Kamptribe you agree to these terms. We keep them short and specific to what the product actually does.
Accounts
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details safe. You can plan a trip without an account; an account is only needed to save trips to the cloud, invite travel companions or subscribe to Advanced.
Plans
Explore and Free plans are free to use, with a limit on the number of cloud-saved trips on Free. Advanced unlocks unlimited saved trips, map-aware Trail Scout ideas, travel-companion access and stop comments.
Billing
Advanced is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Prices and billing cycles are shown at checkout before you pay; we don't change what you agreed to without telling you first.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel anytime from your account page. You keep Advanced access until the end of the period you already paid for; we don't provide partial refunds for unused time.
Your content
Your trips, stops and notes remain yours. By making a trip public or inviting a travel companion, you choose to share that specific trip's route, stops and budget with the people you give access to.
Acceptable use
Use Kamptribe to plan trips, not to abuse it: no scraping, no automated bulk requests against the map/AI features, no attempts to access other people's trips, and no unlawful or misleading content in trip names or notes you share publicly.
Liability
Kamptribe is a planning tool. Distances, costs and travel times are estimates based on the inputs and data sources you use, not guarantees — always confirm bookings, prices and road conditions independently.
Governing law
Kamptribe is operated from the Netherlands and these terms are governed by Dutch law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live, including your EU right to cancel.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
